Hi, my name is Tim.  I’m a Toronto based food enthusiast and glutton, who enjoys good, delicious and rich food.  I started studying food and cooking in 2004 and hold a Culinary Arts certificate from George Brown College.  I began formal training back in 2011, studying primarily classical French cuisine, and I’ve taken culinary courses/workshops in both Canada and Japan.  Resulting in my style of cuisine featuring a eclectic mix of Classical French cuisine with Asian influences.

My objective for this site is to act as a bit of a personal journal to document my evolution as a cook, and to share with the world my style of cuisine by demonstrating recipes, highlighting ingredients, discussing cooking techniques, etc.  I feel that food and cooking is an essential life skill that everyone should know how to do well, like driving a car. Hopefully, the people who come visit this site will see and learn something new about food and cooking.
